Residence Inn by Marriott Cleveland Independence

This hotel is not suitable for children. Their carpet is so nasty I ask staff for a carpet cleaner So I can clean the carpet because a spill the young lady said they don't have a carpet cleaner and the carpet haven't been cleaned in over 2years. I request to have room cleaned the guy came and cleaned one bedroom and when I ask why the other room wasn't clean she told me she didn't know and ask me do I want some bedding to make up my own bed. The staff is very lazy especially housekeeping. I notice housekeeping took trash out of a room and just drop it right there on the sidewalk and kept walking. Do not stay at thus hotel. I'm warning you.

This is the nastiest hotel you can stay in. They always running out towel and food. Anthony the Gm is very unprofessional and some of the ladies at front has a very nasty attitude. Carpet is dirty and they don't clean their carpet. House keepers are very lazy. Anthony only care about his vacation and try to save money that's why they always running out of food. They run thus place like a dump it is I would never recommend this hotel. DONT BOOK AT THIS HITEL IN INDEPENDENCE BIG MUSTAKE. Rooms: Very nasty carpet. When I arruve the dishes was so dirty

House keeping staff failed to clean the room our entire stay. We had to pickup towels from the desk. Food & drinks: No waffle maker at breakfast.
