My husband and I have lived at the Flats for a year and have been so happy with our decision to move here. We love our apartment and all of the amenities that come with it. Our apartment manager, Billie, has gone above and beyond in helping us with any issues that have come up and our maintenance man, Roy, has taken care of any maintenance issues in a very timely manner. We can't think of a better place to call home.

I wouldnt put a rat in their apartments and thats hilarious considering the amount of mice, rats, and cockroaches. The lack of accountability when they refuse to collect trash for weeks on end is absolutely abhorrent. Weve got mold in our units making our elderly and young family members sick. Weve got pests ALL over the property including the common areas. Its absolutely a health violation but they dont care. I have been homeless before and it was cleaner than living here.

Literally the only thing that could improve this place would be semigloss paint in the kitchen. Theres so much room. It looks so modern. I love the wood floors. And my kitchen, Ive wanted one like it forever but have only seen them in houses. This place is worth every penny.
