Used to be a good place to live. Unfortunately, the prices kept getting higher and higher while the quality and service kept getting lower and lower. We finally moved out after our cars were broken into multiple times. It just started feeling like it was a matter of time before someone broke into the apartment. Management doesn't seem to care at all about the safety of its residents. You just get a "Not our problem". How about stop renting to seedy people! Fix the lights out front. Clean up the area. The complex looks so trashy and it just encourages criminals to steal because they know no one cares. And the noise! I'm sure everyone loves gangster rap blasting away at 2am as much as me. We all like having certain types of neighbors who hang around the porch all day long and their default mode of speaking is screaming. It's funny even with all the fake reviews, they can barely break a 3 rating.

I lived here for about 6 months, and my experience was very positive. Office staff are very friendly and quick to assist with issues. Maintenance always responds in a timely manner and are very professional at fixing anything. The rent price is reasonable, and my 2-bedroom unit was given to me clean and functional. Grounds are kept clean, dumpsters are never overflowing, and there's plenty of parking spaces for all residents.

I strongly advise against living here. The apartments and facilities pale in comparison to other places in the same price range. Office staff switches their tone from friendly to stern and combative as soon as they find out you are a current resident with a question, rather than a prospective one (if they answer the phone at all). Rent continues to increase but the structures remain the same and the level of care from the office has dramatically plummeted. Anywhere else in the area would be a better alternative.

Please read this in its entirety, let every sentence sit for a moment while you digest this review, as I hope this serves as a warning for prospective renters as well as a learning experience on how not to run an apartment complex. I have lived at Karric Place of Dublin for several years and through that time have dealt with a few different owners/mgmt. staff and I have to say the current owners of Karric Place of Dublin (Unified Residential) and the onsite management staff give a whole new meaning to not my problem. Before I go into what I mean let me first say what Karric Place offers, they offer ranch style apartments which are as rare as they come and the maintenance staff are incredibly friendly and have always been respectful to me and others in the complex. Now that the Pros are out of the way well move onto the Cons. To keep things short Ill only cover the last two years which is about the span of the latest owner. Payment for living arrangements. Seems fairly simple. Drop off a check and/or use an easy online solution that is user friendly and always works; flip that and now you know how Karric Place of Dublin works. They do offer online solutions for online payments but unfortunately, they change it on what so far is a yearly basis, the online solution they use doesnt always work, if it doesnt work youll get charged a late fee you will then have to dispute it with the office so the late fee is waived, and its not always easily to navigate to through the process to process your online payment. All this could be easily avoidable if they still took checks but alas, they do not. Yay for unnecessary stress. From here we move onto other events. It appears Unified Residential does not proactively do anything and as of this last snow/ice storm it has made it all that more evident. For instance, during the last snow storm we had in early February of 2022 everyone knew, about a week in advance it was going to snow/ice Thursday thru Friday and possibly Saturday. What did Karric Place do? Nothing. It wasnt until several people complained did they pay Five Seasons Landscape Mgmt to come out and plow on late Saturday evening, yes after 5pm, and the guy blew in on his company truck, made 1 very quick pass through the entire complex, and left. There was discussion of them doing something special but I guess that special deal was as special as the .99 cent menu at any fast-food restaurant. Then after a couple days it took several more residents complaining of not being able to get out of the complex due to so much snow, having to shovel their own sidewalks/parking lot areas to make it passable, actual instances of fellow residents having to tow each other in/out of the complex, and whats worse were the injuries inflicted due to hazardous conditions not proactively treated or even cleared away by Karric Place. All these could have easily been avoided had our rent monies been put to use to pay a company to come out and plow the parking lot. The sidewalks being cleared would have been a nice touch but not clearing the parking lot on Thursday thru Saturday meant several people were unable to make it to work thus had to use a vacation day(s) and at least one instance I know of they had to use an unpaid day off. Again, all this could have been easily avoided. Unfortunately I had multiple paragraphs to delving deeper into the abyss that is Karric Place(Unified Residential) but there is a character limit so I'll sum up as best I can. Dog poop everywhere, trash all over the place(have found condoms and syringes on the ground and parking lot), hardware (screws/nails) scattered all about when 3rd party workers are on site, filthy fitness center, 3 month wait time to have AC replaced during mid of summer, verbal confrontations with neighbors regarding non-assigned parking spots, people not knowing how to put their trash in the dumpsters, on a few occasions the dumpsters not being emptied for weeks at a time. etc.. limit reached Unified Res. this is Dublin, do better.
