        Been a customer for over 15 years, way over priced. All the hidden fees, not to mention when you go into the stores certain sales reps tend to not tell you the whole truth about what your signing up for and dont notice it until you get your bill. Everything is way overpriced now but, you would think that a customer that has been with you for decades would get a little perk here or there.
