        Absolutely HORRIBLE experience, disrespectful customer service agents especially Tori.. Convinced me to NEVER EVER be a Verizon customer for the rest of my life.

        Employee that I worked with was rude and basically admonished me for having a samsung phone. Admitted he has no idea how Androids or Samsungs work (said it himself) and was reluctant to help me with my problem. Fixed the problem with a new sim card, though I had to hear from him the whole time about how it wouldn't fix the problem and it was a temporary solution. I'll probably go to a different store next time

        My neighbors n I stopped at Verizon Uptown Ray came over to assist n with us being on other side of 70, we needed his help. He was Cordial, knew what to do n was able to help with the problem. Thnk u! Even opened door for us to exit. N Beard n D Brown Thnk u

        Ive had my company account with Verizon for over 10 years and Bill Dyer is my guy. I live an hour away from his store, but I wont do business with anyone else. The University Circle Verizon customer service is second to none. Thank you for always going above and beyond for me and my family! Go see Bill and Tori, you wont regret it.
