Verizon

Needed help with some charges on my account that I was unaware of the Nathan at the Verizon store helped with get everything sorted out by getting me on the phone with the right department. Not sure why every Verizon store isnt on the same page but I will say this store has been the absolute best experience by far. All 3 reps here were really nice and made this stressful process super easy. When its time to upgrade Ill be working with Nathan

I am SO glad we chose to visit this Verizon store. After dealing with Verizon online and via telephone, ordering a phone for my son twice, and NOT getting a phone OR help with our order, we visited this store. Khalil was SO helpful and made the whole process so easy. He set us up with a phone AND called customer service to cancel our outstanding order. He was kind, quick, and knowledgeable. After our horrible experience with Verizon online and via telephone, I felt like giving Khalil a hug. I have never had a better in-store experience with Verizon. Thank you, Khalil!

I can't begin to express how thankful I am for this location! Dk, Tone, and Dom, are always so helpful when I walk in, and I've had to go in there 3 times in the last 6 months. I have been in customer service for 16 years and they hit the mark of excellence everytime. I frequent the location because I had to get Verizon's most affordable phone awhile back and it's got a manufacturers issue with the SIM reader. I walked in Christmas Eve because I needed a phone for the holidays and Dom was my service rep. I asked him to be honest with me about how I could get a new phone today. He immediately assessed the situation and presented me the option of a new phone with an extra line. Something I had been considering since I recently got promoted. I took this opportunity to go ahead and set it up and since he was so helpful I bought an accessory for S's and G's. I hear Dom has been with verizon for 5 years, if he's not being considered for a promotion, you should start doing that immediately. Take into consideration, I live in Grove City and I prefer to go out of my way to come to this location. I would like to go to my location in Grove City but the manager there is just so disrespectful and unprofessional I avoid the location entirely. Maybe if Grove City's location had someone like Dom there rather than their current manager and I'd be more inclined to go there rather than go halfway across town. Again thank y'all for always having that helpful spirit.
