        Went to this Sprint location to upgrade to newer phones, and take advantage of the free tablet giveaway. We were greeted, and taken care of by Charles. Unfortunately, he was the only employee scheduled this particular Sunday while Sprint was running the special on the tablets. He was extremely nice, informative and courteous. He helped us tremendously in our choices of phones and accessories. Unfortunately, because he was the only person working, 2 potential customers grew tired of waiting, and walked out. This was in NO means the fault of Charles. The blame solely rests on whomever short scheduled this particular Sunday while running a promotion. Charles gets ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars Sprint gets ⭐⭐ stars
