Ken helped a client of mine with wiring their whole office for both data and phone lines. My client couldn't have been happier working with Ken.

Went to the store and there was a not saying be back in 5 and waited about 20 min still no one.

Make sure you allow time for a wait. Usually are very busy. They are knowledgeable and listen to your issues and give you the best alternatives.
