        Well after today I'm still not 100% thrilled with the fact that the guy on Sunday took my money before seeing if the phone I was trying to activate was truly unlocked but I am very happy that Nicki was able to at least get me credit on a line I never used and cancel some additional 12$ fee the company decided to charge. Nicki deserves a promotion and a raise.
