Days Inn by Wyndham Columbus Airport

So close to the airport and at a very good price plus the free shuttle.

Hotel was very nice and convenient to the airport. Shuttle will take you to airport and leave your car there for $30. Rooms: Rooms were very nice and quiet.Coffee for breakfast.

Omg, this is a very old location, some family and friends said this was old holiday Inn. This place needs a major o/haul inside and out, 1- the room had very old furniture, shower was very old, toilet seat was loose on one, chairs were stained and appeared to have not been cleaned, floor had dust, 2- hallway had a odor of a pass water leak, carpet was not vacuum like on the main floor, 3- I did not think this was a $62.00 a night place, maybe a $32.00, 4- the outside needs a repaint, the driveway was in poor condition, 5- tv cable channels were not getting good reception, 6- the person driving the van almost ran into my rental one evening, also the Friday it snowed there was no salt or even someone trying to shovel the snow or ice. I just bared with this because 2 1/2 days, if had to stay longer or if my wife was with me, we would have gone somewhere else the next day ! No room service, I am giving this review because the corporation needs to make a visit and make a investment in making this better, they can have large parties, wedding reception etc. I will not sell myself short again. My room number was 263.

Pros: friendly staff, clean linens Cons: pretty much everything else. The room smelled like an ash tray, the bath room smelled like mildew, lots of loud noises coming from several rooms. I guess you get what you pay for. I decided to book a room elsewhere after being in the room for 30 minutes.

Rooms were dirty. I left my car at the hotel for the weekend. The lady at the desk warned me to park close to the building due to break ins after I already paid. Also, I called for the shuttle when I landed and she told me to call back when I was down at ground transportation due to it only taking a couple minutes to get there. I called back when I was at ground transportation and it took 45 minutes for the shuttle to get there despite them telling me it would take 10 minutes. Awful experience. Would not book again.
