Although staff were very friendly, the rooms are very outdated. Holes in the curtains, fixtures not in best condition. When we arrived the room was like a sauna. Couldn't get the fan to come on to cool down. Their solution open window in 5 degree weather. If the heat did come on it wouldn't shut off. Smoke detector kept beeping (low battery). They didn't know how to fix it. 2 sleepless nights at an outrageous price.

BED BUGS BED BUGS BED BUGS I recently stayed here and was attacked by bed bugs. I understand that things like this can happen while staying in hotels but because of the emotional trauma I left the hotel and found a new one. My main problem is that the staff is refusing to give me the refund for the night that I stayed and was attacked by the BED BUGS. There was no confusion that this was a bed bug considering I found the bug in my bed and took it directly to the front desk. To not give a full refund after putting me at risk causing me to be late for work (travel nurse) because I had to go clean my car and wash all of my clothes so I wouldnt transport them back home to my child is just absolutely unacceptable. I Would NOT stay in this hotel if I were you. Safety: Bed bug attack

Wow. Do not stay here if you can help it. The cost is because this place is a dump, and I'm sure they struggle to fill rooms. I booked here for work, but my coworker and I ended up checking in and then checking right out again and finding a place down the road to stay. First and foremost. The smell. This place STUNK. I don't know how to describe it besides stale and funky. The staff was very nice and the front desk area and breakfast area were clean and pleasant. But then we got to our rooms. The bathroom was horrifying, I was legit afraid to take a shower. My front door to my room did not have the standard safety bar to close so that the door cannot be forced open...it was ripped off the wall instead and missing... The room was smelly. The carpet had holes in places and a section by the window that looked like it was all torn up by an animal or something. I sat down on the bed, it rocked and moved in an odd way, so I first thought I had been given a water bed? Not the case. I checked for bed bugs cause at this point I was terrified. I did not find any, which was a saving grace. My coworkers room had odd scratches down the door and frame of his bathroom in his room. Also both rooms were about the size of a jail cell, which is what they felt like. Again, do not book here if you can afford literally anywhere else. Save yourself the fear and anxiety.
