Hilton Garden Inn Columbus Airport

Hampton always a great place. This place in Chillicothe is close to restaurants and other shops. I stay here and eat at Roosters a great wing and sandwich stop.

Poor customer service from the Garden Grill servers. Unpleasant, unfriendly staff, with the exception of their cook (Michael) and front desk attendant (Sue), only ones who were kind and friendly. Food & drinks: Overpriced breakfast and dinner food for very little value. A la carte breakfast 2 eggs with 2 pieces of bacon were about $12 and $4 for 2 pieces of extra bacon. Continental breakfast is about $10. Servers have poor attitudes and treat customers as a nuisance rather than customers that would tip well for outstanding service.

It was pretty nasty. The trash cans have all overflowed onto the ground and they weren't friendly at all

This is by far the worst hotel I have been at. I have stayed here twice and this time was just as worse as the 1st. The staff are the worst and have zero experience in service. The lady working the dining area and bar in the evening was extremely rude, the food was terrible and the girl working the overnight was sleeping when I came down to request the shuttle at 4:30am. There was another guest down at the lobby waiting for 30min before I got there. They messed up my bill even though I requested that all my charges are to be consolidated into one bill. As a loyal Diamond Club member, I can confidently say good bye to Hilton and take my business to Marriott!! Noteworthy details: Terrible Service!
