Rooms: Rooms were diry. Sink did not drain. Old coffee was still in coffee maker. One room didn't have any light bulbs.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!
This hotel canceled my reservation with no explanation other than we are overbooked
Seems fishy when I booked the reservation 6 weeks in advance. When I called the hotel directly, they wanted to just send me to an automated system. No customer service at all. And didn't even try to help resolve the problem they created. This is the prime example of corporate America!

I was put in two different rooms. Both toilets wouldn't flush. The hotel is dirty. Went down for breakfast at 9:15am and there were not eggs, sausage or most of the items. The lady working told me, I'm sorry we are out. Choose a different hotel.

Not the best HIE I've ever stayed at. They did not have enough breakfast food during multiple days of our stay. The rooms weren't the cleanest. It was fine, but it could have been better.

My recent experience at Holiday Inn Express was extremely disappointing due to the poor customer service and unresponsiveness of the staff. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via phone, they failed to pick up, leaving me feeling frustrated and neglected. It's unacceptable for a hospitality establishment to disregard their guests in such a manner. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until they improve their communication and customer service standards.
