SEE Eyewear

Writing anonymously. I been coming to this location since it opened years ago. I was immediately drawn in by Charles and his staff (Rebbecca and Dr. Workman have always been a pleasure). For years I was treated exceptionally and looking forward to getting glasses every year. Recently, it seems that staff has changed. I no longer feel like someone is looking out for the best health of my eyes but instead that Im just being sold to. Its a shame Im here because I loved working with Charles and the brand, but it seems things are slipping. I cant find anything here anymore thats worth the price increases.

I just had a wonderful experience here at SEE eyewear in Van Aken District and I absolutely love my eyeglasses and I look forward to coming here every single year. The customer service experience is absolutely amazing! Vanni is the best!

I have purchased numerous pairs of glasses at the Shaker Hts. location of See. The service has been exceptional as are the choices of Frames. I recommend it highly for unique and beautiful glosses

While I do not where eyeglasses, I stopped in to see if the staff could help align my Raybans and I received excellent customer service. I appreciated the friendly staff and hip ambiance! If I were in need of eyeglasses, I certainly would purchase them here.

resolved. If I could leave no stars I would. I've been wearing glasses all my life however this was my 1st time going to SEE (in the Cleveland area) BIG MISTAKE! I purchased 2 pair of glasses that are totally USELESS to me. I've given them several times to correct the issue but their solution to my not being able to see with their glasses is to tell me I need progressives, which now means I had to pay an additional $300 on top of the $1100 I had already paid and not to mention paying for 3 eye exams because of course they were telling me that was the issue at first. I had to finally go to another place and pay another $600 to get glasses that I can finally see through immediately without taking 2 weeks for my body to adjust to as they also said. I believe they took advantage of me telling me I needed progressives which I later found out that I did not. I went there to speak to Bonnie the manager who was no help but while I was waiting for her she was taking a complaint from another unhappy customer. I normally do not leave reviews but I would like to prevent others from a bad experience.
