Wide selection of styles. The staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable. I really like my new glasses (I bought two pairs)! I am pleased that they are located in walking distance of my apartment.

They are good I've been going to them for awhile now for my eye exams and to get my glasses the only reason I didn't put 5 stars is because they don't keep you updated about the status of your glasses I had to call them every day to know when I can pick up my glasses.

Here is a tidbit of my experience after going to this location specifically over the course of 3 years leading to this review. First visit it took nearly 4 MONTHS to get a simple pair of "Ray-Ban" prescription glasses which was handled DIRECTLY by the "manager". Fast forward 3 years, alot more of the same terrible customer service leading to this review from my LAST time dealing with this place. The last visit they "claimed" the warranty couldn't be used on my glasses they charged 550+200 and some change out of pocket because my prescription had "changed" slightly. Then got a quote of 300+ dollars to replace the piece of plastic in the frames that was supposed to be covered. LIES and DECIET is all you will get here. LUCKILY I have many options at my disposal and also much cheaper. Im downtown on the regular so I'll be CERTAIN to tell everyone to AVOID JEROLD OPTICAL. Being in business X amount of years only gets you so far. "Take the money and run" comes to mind. I'll take my money ELSEWHERE I suggest you do the same! Don't bother me trying to "reach out" waste of time.
