I broke my glasses and went here hoping they could fix it as I needed them urgently. The glasses were fixed within 3 minutes and they didn't charge me even though I didn't buy my glasses from them. The staff were very polite and respectful.

The eye doctor and his staff had excellent customer service and my appointment went quickly yet efficiently. My only concern is that a staff member at the front desk could be more attentive in her approach towards customers. The lady with the glasses at the desk who finished my transaction was excellent and kind, but her colleague at the desk was not as communicative overall, especially when it came to informing me of who was supposed to be helping me next after my exam. I thought I had to check out first, so I went up there, but I was met with stares and a dry demeanor before she decided to say something.

Doctor was great - 5 stars for the doctor. Most staff were good. Lead optician was incredibly rude and lacked customer service skills.

The absolute best! Kevin and Steve are top notch when it comes to eyewear and helping people see while still looking stylish. I will never go anywhere else! The service and selection are the best! Highly recommend!
