    TLDR; listen to the reviews and go somewhere else lmao. I have never written a review for a company in my life, but given how horrible my experience was here, I've decided it was only right lol. Starting with the good: there were two people there who were nice to me. Cheyenne, the front desk girl who did the pre-exam, and Trish(?) who helped me out at the end and gave me a quote for a pair of glasses. The bad: The front desk service left me wondering where I was going half the time, didn't guide me to the waiting room or explain the appointment, or try to sell me glasses at the end. The woman (who I think is the manager?) who took me back to do my *remote* eye exam (I was not informed it would be remote, and I didn't mind, but I later witnessed the manager verbally berate a woman who DID mind that her exam was remote, which was so uncomfortable for every person in the store) did not explain a single thing to me that was going on during the exam. She sat me down in the chair, didn't wipe anything down, and didn't tell me how a remote exam worked. Instead, she sat on her phone while we waited for the doctor to get on the call, watching tiktoks and coughing loudly. Also the exam room smelled like garbage :/ After my exam was finished, she told me to follow her out... so I did, and she didn't say anything. When I asked if I could put my contacts back in, she said "yeah" and kept walking away from me, leaving me stranded in the sales area. I took matters into my own hands and started looking at glasses myself. I asked for a quote on a pair and decided not to move forward with a purchase and that was that. Days later, I went to a different glasses store and they discovered that America's Best Glasses put a temporary block on my insurance for a pair of frames (which I did not purchase). I called ABG to see if they could remove it, and the woman on the phone started yelling at me, saying she was unable to delete the block on my account and that if I wanted to do it, I'd need to call insurance myself, and that she was "knee deep in stuff and it would not get done." Completely unwilling to help. Luckily, the woman I who was helping me at the different glasses store figured out how to delete the block on my insurance that ABG placed. In general, I was disappointed by the customer service at America's Best Glasses, from how they treated me to how they talked to other customers. Highly recommend Eyetique in Woodmere!!!

    A lady working here was rude AF to me, I understand I was late because my driving lessons ran late, but I didn't disrespect you so don't disrespect me. I turned right around and left. Gon tell me I gotta reschedule even tho it was like 20 minutes after the time I was supposed to be there, but let me had been there when I was supposed to be, I would have been waiting. I'm just saying, I don't appreciate the disrespect especially seeing as I got other things I gotta do and for her to cut me off while I was trying to say what was going on... Nah I won't be back;

    If I could give zero stars I would.. Completely incompetent and ignorant. Save your money, travel to North Olmsted. I have the screenshots, voicemails and video of how Katea the store manager speaks to not only myself but all the customers and employees. Shame on you. Do better. Good luck
