Stayed here for the eclipse and honestly it was perfect. Close enough to Uber to anywhere an within walking distance of several restaurants. Happy hour cocktails were the answer to a king day- I was disappointed they did not offer food. They mentioned Half price apps when checking in, but they didn't offer them when we arrived. They hustled to get us checked in early and were very helpful when getting a ride. I would stay at this location again. Rooms: The room was clean and ample space to spread out for 2 adults and an adult son. Nearby activities: Close proximity to downtown and progressive park. Safety: The area seemed safe, it was also clean. Walkability: Easy to walk to clinic and restaurants Food & drinks: Walking distance to a few good restaurants Noteworthy details: Close to the clinic.

Cleveland clinic shuttle across the street at Rite Aid is really convenient. $20 a night to park at hotel is excessive. Staff are excellent.

Just a wonderful hotel. Staff was friendly and very helpful, breakfast area was clean, food was hot and well organized. Pool, bar, restaurant and location is excellent. Room had a kitchenette, was amazing to have that. This is the spot to stop at, for sure. Go check them out, it's top notch.

The lobby area and breakfast areas were nice and the breakfast itself was decent. However, the shower in my room leaked water all over the bathroom floor and my wife and I had to use most of the towels to sop up the mess. More importantly, there were two queen beds in the room. Both were extremely uncomfortable (saggy and lumpy) and in my opinion, need to be replaced. Both of us woke up with backaches. The least the hotel could do is flip the mattresses to see if that helps. We checked in around 4:00 p.m. and the staff were cheery and helpful, offering us a sincere welcome and thanking me for being a Bonvoy member. We checked out around 10:30 a.m. and had the complete opposite experience. The young lady at the front desk was preoccupied with something on her monitor, barely looking up or acknowledging my existence. Not once did she look at me directly. When I mentioned the shower and mattresses, she said shed report it and went back to her monitor. No apology for the bad experience, no thank you for staying at the hotel - just a dismissive attitude and self-absorption.
