This has the appearance of being a nice place to stay but our room was disgusting. Stains on everything, floor not properly cleaned, not dusted at all. The bed looked like they just fixed the sheets and pillows but didnt change them out. Remote doesnt work for the tv. Furniture is cheap and uncomfortable. I wouldnt recommend staying here if all the rooms are like this one. And its cold as hell in here. I cant upload videos but theres more!

My mother came in from out of town to visit me. After several hours on the road this was the easiest option. We are finally getting into the room only to see the carpets are wet and stained with what appeared to be fecal matter, no joke. We dealt with it and stayed the night and upon leaving my mom was billed for this. Absolutely unbelievable treatment on behalf of these folks. Will do whatever need be to have this amended.

This company is a joke. Save your time and money and don't rent with them or partner with them. They left our home damaged, missing decorations and furniture and called it normal wear and tear. When they turned our home back over to us they didn't clean it, took all cleaning supplies and ZERO linens in the home. They let the grass grow over 2 feet tall in our back yard and never said anything to us, and previous agreed to handle all lawn maintenance. After we parted ways it took 4 months and reporting them to the BBB before they gave us our final check for rent of our home. The turn over of the property manager was constant and the manager at the time we left admitted he had never been to our home. Be aware and stay clear of this company. They are a scam!

The people above us are drinking, yelling, crying, etc..it's 5am. We drove in from Michigan. My uncle is having surgery in a few hours. The place is not accessible.. Someone left their dirty face cloth and towel in the bathroom. There are no towels. Washer and dryer full of hair and dust... Really..
