I wish I could give NO STARS. I dont know if shes the manager or what but the woman I dealt with was of no help whatsoever. My husband has an account with this bank and has had one for a while. I went in, because they know me from being there with him, to get a document notarized. Youd think I was asking them to sign their lives away. Needless to say they wouldnt do it because I didnt have an account of my own. I called ahead of time and was told I could have it done because of my husbands account and I was only told they couldnt do it AFTER I sat in the lobby for almost 15 minutes waiting for the Notary (manager) to make several calls first. When she came out, she was publicly complaining about whatever customer she spoke to last on the phone. When addressing me she had a Im better than you attitude and wouldnt even consider my husband being an account holder in good standing. Frustrating. I would never be a member of that bank and Im going to encourage my husband to close his account there as well.

amazing manager to run this branch. She has compassion and care of fine business leader. Her staff is amazingly helpful. She well informed and explains all the detail. Thank you Tina for all the assistance.
