        Extremely racist employees in a female and I came in trying to open a checking account with them and as soon as I stepped foot in the building I could feel the racism coming from all employees I was stared at the whole and they told me to take my hood as if they were scared of me. You can clearly see my face I had my hood on because I was having a bad hair day and they were so rude to me . Dont come here!

        I spend two days trying to get a hold of this bank and all you get is no one to talk to. I have to say I have been with us bank for 15 years and every year it keeps getting worse on customer service. Maybe next week I need to start looking at new banks.

        Pretty consistently an awful experience more often than not which I honestly dont like to report such reviews but it is just the truth - seems like if you take the time to walk in rather than wait a lifetime in the drive thru the experience is some how not as bad ? Strange observation I know
