        Lina Galloway is a wonderful employee and person. GE CREIDT UNION is horrible switch to this bank. Very good bank alot of branches!

        Got on the app today and found my account was closed without my knowledge or consent. Called and they said I didnt verify my business which made zero sense. Then the lady called me back and said I didnt submit verification of my address for my second chance account. Funny thing is I brought in exactly what they asked for and they said it worked. Fast forward two months later which is today and come to find out I was misinformed so now because of that I have to go back and open a new account with the correct verification. How is that fair? I knew this bank was going to be trouble the next day when I brought the mail they asked to bring and the lady that went into my account said I was negative after just opening the account and paying for the debit card. They had to look into it to figure out why and fix it. Did every single thing they asked me to do yet here we are. Wouldnt recommend.
