Do not try to refinance at this location. They do not know what theyre doing, cant answer questions, left me a voicemail with attitude (because I Contacted another location because they were ignoring me) and they will constantly change what they put on paper (not in the best interest of the customer). Do Not waste your time! The lack of professionalism is appalling. I understand sales but at what point should all the lies being told be illegal? (After all, youre taking a hit on your credit when its pulled). I dont understand. P.S. I would give 0 stars if It would let me.

Account canceled after visiting this branch, workers at this branch let you know how inconvenienced customers are to them. Sorry the guy is so fat and lazy to grab change from the back. After huffing and puffing about having to get up out of his seat hes states this is only one time thing and he will grab me extra change for laundry and told me to go somewhere else for change next time. Go to Huntington bank right around the corner they treat you with respect and very friendly staff at Huntington bank.

Have had many accounts and events with guardian Savings since 2016 They were a little long on my last refi, but Chad beach really came through to ensure we got back on track. Will always recommend this bank for loans and other banking needs.

Regrettably, my wife and I endured a deeply unsatisfactory encounter with Benjamin Montoya. He displayed unprofessional behavior throughout our dealings, which put our interest rate at risk since Ben delayed the closing process. Only by providing irrefutable evidence of our communications with Ben to his manager did we manage to maintain our original rate. Ben had provided his manager with inaccurate information about our loan process. Fortunately, his manager, after reviewing our solid proof, recognized that Ben was the primary source of the issues we faced. Initially, the manager denied our rate extension based on Ben's account of events that had occurred. However, once we presented our documented communication with timestamps, he approved the rate extension and apologized that Ben put us through this. Subsequently, Ben's manager assigned us a new loan officer, Zach Sheppherd, who was both affable and efficient. Zach swiftly closed the loan, as he already had the documentation we had originally given to Ben in a secured portal a month earlier. If Ben had been more attentive, this review wouldn't exist today. His conduct was consistently discourteous and unprofessional, often involving dishonesty rather than constructive follow-up with his team. I would strongly advise against working with Ben. In fact, my wife and I were prepared to forfeit our rate just to avoid dealing with him again due to the rude and unethical behavior that this individual exudes when he is held accountable for his actions. This was our first mortgage experience, and it left a bitter taste. In the end, I'm grateful that Guardian Bank rectified the situation.
