        Terrible drive-through customer service. I was treated like a Kindergartner. Ive had an account with U.S. Bank for 17 years and never been treated that way. Never again.

        Actually I like this place, clean environment and friendly attitude of most people. But unfortunately I was received by a racist woman named Kellie. The whole process was torture and full of mistakes. Even more outrageous is asking me to submit materials that are not under my name. Thanks to the gentleman working the front desk for his help, unfortunately I don't remember his name. His friendly attitude and professional knowledge are appreciated and convincing. So star is for him
