I have banked at this location for 15 years. Have never had a problem with staff they have always been courteous. Sure I have had an occasional check held for several days per the bank policy. Every bank has that requirement they have to protect themselves from theft! I have a feeling that the people that have left negative reviews are angry because they didn't get what they wanted and want to blame the bank for it. Wouldn't go any other place!

I dare ya to try to deposit a check at the lemonade stand they call a branch, for over a grand. #MassConfusion Alert, Alert! Someone has money at a bank and they want to deposit! Watch them ask all sorts of invasive questions totally unrelated to the transaction...and then place the maximum hold allowed by law before your money clears. SAD! Night and day experience at Market Street location, where you don't get haggled.

My bank debit/Visa was stolen and they would not reimburse me. not only was I ripped off I am in finical debt. Before this, I would of rated them 5 stars but I'm hurting now and was mistreated by staff rudely like I had something to do with this crime
