First Choice Water Damage Experts will be my go to for any future water issues in the house. Aaron is knowledgeable, effective, and completely transparent about costs for his services.
We had a water leak from a dishwasher that had soaked part of a wood floor. We called another larger service and after a quick test of a few spots with a moisture meter and without going into the crawlspace to inspect subfloor, he gave us a preliminary cost range of $2500 - $3500 to put drying equipment in both the kitchen and the crawlspace.
We then called First Choice, and Aaron came out and tested multiple spots around the kitchen and then the crawlspace documenting the readings with his phone camera. It turned out the subfloor was dry and we only needed the wood flooring dried. Aaron gave us a quote for 3 days and 5 days of drying, including visits to do dryness tests, which were both a fraction of the range quoted by the other service. At the end he once again documented all the readings to show everything was dry.
Aaron was great at explaining the whole process and there were no hidden costs or upsells. I would trust him again for any future issues and highly recommend him.

We were exceptionally pleased with Aaron and his business. Unfortunately we had 2 water mitigation issues. A roof leak into a wall and a hot water major leak in distal area of crawlspace . Aaron knows his trade, is very professional, and we were very pleased.

He was very prompt & efficient in helping us with our water damage, answering all our questions, guiding us through the insurance process, and following up on everything.

We had some craziness happen in our house where the pan under our A/C in the attic overflowed. It was literally a disaster. I woke up at 2am to water rushing through my ceiling beside my 6 month old's bedroom. My husband had just left the day before to go out of town to pick up our son. I legit cleaned all the water off the floor, ran outside to grab a kiddie pool & used that + towels for the leak until the morning when I got connected with First Choice. Aaron came by our house within the hour. He worked his magic SWIFTLY & left the scene impeccable. He created a barrier between the attic & inside of the house which was expected but he did it very well. Everything was ready for the drywall crew to come in & restore our home back to the way it was. His survey of the incident, attention to detail & pricing were all top-notch. IDK what I would have done without First Choice that day. If you're looking for a water damage guy, Aaron is THE guy.
