Nick is a responsive business owner who provides top quality service. He was helpful not only in quickly resolving the issue with my water-damaged floors; he also worked with my insurance company to ensure coverage and timely completion of work. Nick and Craig did a fantastic job with the tear out of our old bathrooms, that had been drenched due to a burst pipe between the walls of the toilets. They were on time every day, communication was impeccable and they did a fantastic job with a really challenging scenario. I can't recommend these guys highly enough! Nick and his team were fantastic! They were incredibly responsive and made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. They definitely helped ease my nerves in regards to restoration, insurance claims etc and got me in contact with a great plumber and other trades in order to remedy the entire situation so it was one less step for me to worry about. I appreciated everything they did and although I hope to never have to be in this situation again I would 100% call Restoration Hereos if I needed to again!
