        Our office started off 2024 with a flood! We walked in on the 2nd with about 2-3 inches of water and we were not prepared for this what so ever. I called ServPro and THANK GOODNESS I DID! From the moment they showed up I was impressed! Brandon and Ivona where the team leads and they were so understanding , professional, transparent and supportive! They explained everything in detail every step of the way! Our Tech Team was also absolutely AMAZING! Bre, Jordan and Rob took amazing care of us! They worked tirelessly to get the job done to the highest standard so we could get back up and running! I had never experienced a flood and would not wish it on anyone but if it does happen call ServePro because you will be in great hands! Mike the appraiser has also been fantastic , transparent and professional! We truly appreciate all they have done for us!

        The Servpro Wake Forest people were very efficient in controlling our water damage issue. They came quickly. They all seemed to understand what needed to be done. Where I would fault them is in not setting up an arrival time enough in advance for their follow ups or even what day. They twice woke me up to say theyd be there in 15 minutes.

        We had a pipe burst and Servpro came out quickly. The reps were courteous and knowledgeable. They also worked directly with our home insurance to file the claim.
