Was subcontractor with this company, lasted all of one job. They are very unorganized, they don’t know anything about crawlspaces. A corporate company trying to get into crawlspace encapsulations that have no existing knowledge of how to properly encapsulate. I have personally worked for this company and ended up leaving because they are selling a product that isn’t what they say it is. A prodex material being an R-1 value, they are calling it an R-16... this will fail many inspections and will not insulate a crawlspace as it is supposed to.Big waste of your time and money. I have personally dealt with a builder that say they will never go with palmetto again after dealing with them as well. Poor company, poor business antics, and they do not follow up when trying to reach out To them. Seems they pick and choose who they want to deal with. I am still currently owed money from them for the past 5 months. I have been avoided and thrown around in circles. I would never suggest this company nor would I recommend to anyone in the area. Look elsewhere when it comes to crawlspaces!

I have worked with a lot of mold remediation companies and Palmetto Environmental Solutions has some of the best pricing and service I have ever seen. Some of the companies around here charge as much 4 times the rate for the same services. I definitely recommend these guys.
