Eastern Restoration and Disaster

Eastern Restoration & Disaster has been amazing to us. We had a water fixture that was filled with water, with no knowledge of where it was coming from. They came out to us first thing and got to work. They brought out all of the equipment and set us up with a plumber, and an HVAC person to get down to the problem. The team has amazing communication skills, and clearly the knowledge to help us get back on our feet. With every step they have been clear and consistent with their approach and values. They listened to our concerns and fought for us with insurance to make sure we were taken care of. I hope I never have this kind of issue again, but I will forever be loyal to Eastern Restoration & Disaster! Hope, Aaliyah, Jackson, and everyone else that has helped us - THANK YOU!

If you like customer service, professionalism and an overall job well done, use Eastern Restoration and Disaster. Cant say enough good things about this company. If youre filing a claim through insurance just request ER & D, out of pocket repair just give them a call and they will be there as quick as possible. Id give 10 stars if possible! Job well done.
