Forge at Raleigh Iron Works

I moved in here back in November! I work across the street at the barbershop. Living here has saved me an hour and a half of my day. I was skeptical at first due to rumors of pricing starting at the 2000s+. Instead, I decided to look for myself and I most say Ive lucked out big time. For the area, as well as all the amenities included it doesnt get any better. Ive looked at other spots before settling on the Forge. Its growing, its a happening area especially with the loading Dock 1053 and now Ponysaurus brewing plus Brodeto. Front staff has been some of the easiest to deal with (Chase and Molly). Theyre super helpful and any questions you may have. Theyre able to answer em with no hesitation. Not to mention the residents Ive encountered thus far have been really nice and respectful.

After touring this place with Molly I applied the same day.. she is patient and very friendly. And although I lost my deposit from another apartment in Cary where I had already been approved, I was happy with my decision. Chase and Ann Marie have always had a quick and open communication with me. Both very professional people! The style and character of this area is very unique!! Forge has amazing amenities (coffee machine my favorite :) pool, gym, separate yoga room, game room, court yard area.. the lounge on the 7th floor great place to watch the sunsets, etc. All of the art work around the building is super cool!! The landscape looks always so neat !! The restaurants here and the brewery along with other retailers are top!! The apartments have large windows that let in a lot of natural light. I personally have several plants for this reason. The balconies are roomy. I love the kitchen layout with ample kitchen cabinets and the silver tile backsplash and the floor plan as well. I had a few things that needed adjusting and maintenance took care of them right away. The maintenance and cleaning crew is helpful and polite. I do have a few neighbors around me and I would say that the rooms are pretty quiet! As for the safety side, there are several doors leading to the stairs with clear signs showing the exit points! Many fire alarms in the corridors and loud enough to alert you. Plus the rooms also have 2 to 3 alarms installed. The location is excellent, downtown raleigh is only 5 minutes away, RDU airport 20 minutes away, 440 just around the corner, and the greenway just down the road. Theres also a great Barber Shop across the street! Forge has several bike racks to store your bike and some charging stations for electric vehicles. So excited about the other new things that are being built...that will make this place even more fun and awesome!!

Thankful for the Forge @ Raleigh Iron Works, in particular Ann Marie as she provided impeccable service while I was attempting to learn more about the community for a relocation client. This particular client was looking for lifestyle, location and fitness amenities. Luckily for us, we were able to find exactly what was needed in a short time. If you haven't had a chance to check this location out, do so....you will not be sorry.
