Marshall Park Apartments & Townhomes

My experience at Marshall Park Apartments exceeded all expectations! Bree, the leasing agent, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She made the leasing process seamless and stress-free. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, with fantastic amenities. The location is unbeatable. Overall, I highly recommend Marshall Park Apartments. Marshall Park has a serious fire alarm issue. This issues has been going on for years. They will say its for our safety but everyone knows its going off due to issues within the system because there is never a real fire.

I lived at Marshall Park for two and a half years, and I really wanted to love it. However, there are some major issues at this community and I would highly recommend avoiding it. First of all, my apartment had a major cockroach infestation and I had to move out because of it. Despite my best efforts I couldn't get rid of them and it became their apartment, not mine. The office couldn't seem to care less and based on how bad it was I highly doubt it has been resolved and I imagine it must be impacting many more units than just the one I was in. Any apartment community should be spraying for pests regularly yet my apartment was never treated until I had to ask once there was already a big problem. Beyond that, the fire alarm goes off constantly and is so loud and jarring it gave my cats anxiety (diagnosed by the vet). There are also several inconveniences that made the extremely high price tag not worth it, such as the front door callbox being far too complicated, the trash chutes being extremely far away, and the recycling dumpster being a huge hassle to get to. Overall even without the pest issue (which needs to be addressed) this place is not at all worth the price.
