Autumn Pointe Apartments

We have lived here for almost a year and we really like this place, and we are thinking about whether or not to renew the contract. I will tell you the negative and positive things about this place from my perspective. Positives: Security is good in the parking lot, the staff's attention is incredible, everyone is very friendly, the maintenance man is friendly and always comes when needed, they do fun events to share in the community. The garbage is collected punctually on Tuesdays and some other days when there is more garbage than normal, I see that the gardening is good although it can improve. Negatives: It is NOT a community for children, the playground is horrendous, wooden, old, dirty and dangerous. One can realize that they do not care about children in this community, since the playground is an abandoned place, the gym is not fully equipped, they have 5 machines and they constantly break down, many times they have stolen my Amazon packages from the door of my house, and even my doordash food, the ceiling is too thin, I can hear my neighbor playing his reggaeton music at full volume and the smell of tobacco and marijuana enters your house, they should prohibit smoking inside the houses! and change the air filter more often, sometimes we have to do it on our own because we are breathing moho. This is not a complaint, this is an observation of neighbors who prefer to remain silent to avoid problems with other neighbors and misunderstandings. They could improve but overall it is a good place to live without children.

Dont do it. Roaches and mold all over the place and nothing gets done about it. Its unfortunate.

Been here for 7 months and everything Ive ever needed Ashley and Paige are there. Maintenance staff is so friendly clean and professional. This is definitely a place to move to and they will make you feel like family and not just another number like other places do!!!
