I went into your location today in pineville North Carolina and there was a sales associate that was terrible my wife placed a online order and every time she called she did not get a answer they just hung up on her so we showed up in person to ask how long it would be we walked in and spoke to the young Lady at the register and she could not find our order because it was not yet done when I had asked how much longer till it would be done the other lady named Lexie interrupted her very rudely and said whenever we get to it we get to it she said the online orders get done whenever they feel like it which I thought was rude but the young lady who was doing the online orders tried speaking to me and the women named Lexie grabbed her wrist pushed her hand away from taking my phone to look at my order and told her no that she had this the young lady then proceeded to wait till the woman Lexie walked away to help me and tell me it would only be 15 minutes and she apologized I will never be going back to this location and I feel bad for all the customer who she has treated so terrible and I feel so bad for her coworkers for obvious abuse of power I hope something can be done about this worker Lexie before she does something that is against company policy and really cost you a lot of customers the only reason Im giving 1 star is because of the young lady that was doing the check out orders she was amazing
