        if i could put zero i would horrible customer service, we got ignored the whole time, no one came to help such a bad place

        We really like this Pandora location especially since they moved and got a bigger space. Everyone is always helpful and nice to us when we shop and I think weve been helped by every employee at this point! They always make us smile!! Put the new diamonds on my Christmas list since they introduced me to them! Such a great price and quality!!

        Drove all the way here to get some of my rings cleaned only to be told theyre not doing jewelry cleaning today because the machine is broken. This sounds a lot like lazy service to me. Ive been purchasing from pandora for years and every single time Ive gone to ask for jewelry cleaning post-pandemic I get turned away for one reason or another. If pandora no longer wants to clean customers jewelry then STOP MARKETING FREE CLEANINGS. You are wasting your customers time by not properly training your employees to handle these requests.
