        Horrendous customer service at this location. We had to get their attention just to help us. The girl who came over made me feel like I was inconveniencing her the whole time, until she just walked away from us and left the store without saying anything (we picked up later on that it was her break time). Another girl came up and helped us the rest of the time. We left and noticed on the receipt that there was sale, which we knew nothing about until after the fact. Overall, very disappointing experience.

        Not good customer service. No welcome greet when you walk in or just general conversation. They dont check rings once you return and try to exchange.

        My wife and I were never greeted when we entered this location. We waited for about 10 minutes and we never received service.

        For gifts, especially for teenagers. All my daughter's friends were delighted. We buy a pendant every year as a gift for my teenager too. I recommend the products, they are durable, beautiful and customizable.
