      image Ordered 50 bags of black mulch online and paid for it. Choose pickup up from store option. Received an email saying our order was ready for pickup. We get to the store today and we are told they cant find our mulch they dont know what happened to it, but they have 500 bags of the same mulch in stock however other customer have already paid for just hasnt arrived to pick it up yet. We ask if they can fulfill our order since we have already paid for it and have loaded our trailer and are already at the store and call the other customer before they load their trailer and head to store . Kari a manger was very smart about it and told my husband they cant rob Peter to pay Paul. So they canceled our order and told us we would have to drive to another Lowes to get the product. Never once offered to check with another Lowes to see if they have in stock .I later call and ask to speak to store manager and Peter took the call, he apologized that happend and informed me the 500 bags have already been picked up after my husband left one customer got them all. Sounds to me like we were PETER AND LOWES PAID PAUL Shame on you Lowes for not taking care of the customer in the store at the time when you could have explained to the customer who bought 500 bags that you were 50 short and refunded them and made both customers happy. Do better Lowes this is unacceptable and horrible customer service!
