The absolute worst service ever. Running scams with cash only deposits and keeping them with claims it's in the safe n can't get to it due to NO management on site!!!!! Ridiculously rude and unclean.

The hotel is awesome BUT The staff is great. The rooms are clean. I been staying there once a week for a long tine. My little whasoo moment. I encountered the manager gm I think. The front desk manager is awesome First time I ever seem her. She checked me out Kept my 150 cash deposit for no reason said she suspected smoking bc while she didn't smell it evidence was trash was empty n she found an ash . But no smoke smell. All she need is a suspension she said Noma'am. Thats not truu. Sje doesnlr like locals and sje stole my money. Why would I jus now smoke in a room I've never smoked Before I' contacted choice and they are trying to communicate with the hotel now Choice is trying to get a refund if not I'll go to the better business bureau . I probably lost my cash but before I'm dome ima make sore everyone knows who this gm is on a power trip STOLE MY MONEY n be cautious . Do not check out if u put a cash deposit if she is at the desk. . Request sumome different. Walk thru with her take video ..protect yourself Otherwise the hotel staff is great. The maids areawesome. I always tip them. Its aafe. But unfortunately they lost a good cistomer and if I lost my money because she had the power I did But I'm not being quite about it. Tried to contact owner got stome walled . The hotel jus maybe a month ago fired someone for stealing cash deposits so now im womderimg if this gjetto manager dome the employee the way she did me I dont know. But biuer beware. Refise to give this hotel any type of cash. Its so unetjocal to me. Rooms: Clean

It was a very nice room very comfortable Bed everything was exceptionally clean in the room except for one piece of paper I found under the bed The only things I can complain about from my visit was complimentary breakfast didn't start till 6:30 and ended at 9:30 and there was Is 4 towels, 3 hand towels 2 wash clothes, one shampoo and 1 conditioner in the room. The TV had HDMI, USB hook ups in the back of it. *****EDIT ***** a lot must have happened since I last stayed here. Went in tonight, (paid online, paid online) get to the hotel, lady asked me did I have a reservation? I said yes and I gave her all the information. she was like will you be paying cash or card I was like I paid online she said okay I need $150 exact cash deposit I looked at the ATM behind me she said no it's got to be exact I was like the website says cash, debit or credit card I paid with a card so I'm covered she said no you got to have cash exact cash. Then told my the red roof is down the road. Start to tell that lady I don't know how you think you better than me but you're not. that's the way she was acting. worst experience I DO NOT recommend it any more. So now I'm out $100 cause it was nonrefundable. Ain't going to have me check out in the morning and she go behind me and be like oh well this was messed up that was messed up and try to hit me up for $250 damage fee I'm not crazy I'll sleep in my car tonight. Noteworthy details: Very rude unprofessional lady at the desk tonight
