Hampton Inn Lexington, NC

Stayed here for 1 night on a road trip. Worst experience at Hampton Inn in many years. This place needs to improve or have the Hilton brand removed. The quality of the location, the building and the staff look nothing like a typical Hampton Inn. This is more like a Super 8. If youre a Hilton Honors member or have stayed previously at Hampton Inns, do not stay here. There is a much better Hampton Inn about 20min south in Salisbury NC.

I accidentally used my Hilton Honor points for my visit. I discovered this early. When I arrived there was not anykne at the front desk. Just a sign stating they will be back. I called the Hilton honors customer line they said the manager can only do this. I was wanting to spend $ was it was work related. The next morning the manager said she could not help. So I called again back to the HH phone. They forward to a manager and they said no. This IS TERRIBLE way to treat a Gold member with 25 nights this year already. What kind of service is this!!! And don't put a response to this to review to the customer support because they already did not help!!!! Time to leave Hilton and to switch all my companies meetings away Secondly, cannot get the room below 68 degrees? I advise choosing other places to stay. I know someone could have fixed this. Great hotel in Lexington. King room was roomy, and the bed was so comfortable. Pretty good free breakfast too. Rooms: Rooms are big, and beds are really comfortable.

I stayed in Room 320 from 1/29-2/9. Since 2/6, I started getting bites on my lower back and belly, then arms, hands, legs, and face. I didn't realize it was from BED BUG until I was packing up to move to a new room, I saw a BED BUG on the bed. I believe there were more in the room The front desk staff is friendly, but the BED BUG(S) experience differed from what I expected from staying at Hampton Inn Lexington.
