I was in pain all night. Checked online and booked an appointment for 11:15 that morning. Making an appointment was the easiest procedure. I'm 72 and not real tech savy. Their site was very user friendly. Their staff is amazing! This facility will be my go to for urgent care visits.

Outstanding experience in all aspects! The reception, the nurses, x-ray technician and Dr Michael Ragan were all on their A-game! Very little wait time in any area. The doctor was thorough and explained everything about what was occurring and what we were going to do for treatment. I highly recommend Cone Urgent Care In Kernersville, NC! Best experience I ever had with an urgent care!

What a dream team. From the moment i walked in everyone was pleasant what a change. The nurse and dr where awesome. They took there time and listened. If these 3 had everyday pratice i wouldnt hesitate to go to them.
