        My husband broke his baby toe. He was in great pain. Urgent Care staff was amazing. The receptionist checked us in immediately. The nurse took his vitals. Put our mind at ease. She was easy to talk to. Gave professional care. The doctor was awesome. Very informative. He referred us to the necessary specialist. We had no lingering questions. The establishment sparkling clean. They put my husband's fears to rest. I'm so happy we chose Novant Health Urgent Care in Kernersville.

        The service and attention given to me by the person at the checkin desk was great. The physician that treated me was very respectful of my privacy. He listened to and answered my questions with details that made his answers clear.

        Every member of the team was so attentive to my needs. My only complaint was that it took 40 minutes before I was seen and I had an appointment. Alot of waiting. But nurse practitioner Frank and the doctor did all they could to provide top notch care. And the 2 ladies up front who checked me in and out and took the x-rays did all they could to make my visit as painless as possible.
