        I needed to have my TB test results read and documented. I sat in the waiting room and waited for 40 minutes, while 3 other people walked in and went to the back to be seen. When they noticed my obvious irritation they gave some lame excuse about the wait. Finally the medical assistant came to the front desk, called me over to the front counter, touched my arm, and said "Ok, you're good". 1 minute later my paper was signed. She could have done that EVERY time she came to the front to call SOMEONE else to the back. Total disrespect of my time. I won't even get into the fact that all my business was handled in the damn waiting area. Almost an hour of wait time... utterly ridiculous.
