If you make an appointment for 10, be prepared to seen at 11 or 1130 if youre lucky. Dumbest appointment system Ive ever seen. Also the billing system is terribly disorganized

Very friendly and caring. Not crowded. The weekend personnel were great, especially Elana Ratliff, the nurse practitioner that took care of me. She even made me laugh.

I went in for a Hepatitis B vaccine and PPD for work. The LPN Ashley was great!

This nurse showed no respect to someone who was sick. There was no one there and her next appointment was in 20 minutes. She slammed the door in our face. She was very nasty. This was Saturday, July 23 at 9 am. Will never recommend this place to anyone. Is this how CVS treats sick people. Terrible customer service.

Just went. No one, I mean no one sitting down in approximately 10 chairs. Some lady sitting at desk asked me what I need. I said I have upset stomach symptoms didn't know if I should get something over the counter. Her first question do you have an appointment....I MEAN REALLY....NO SIGNS NO NOTHING ABOUT MAKING AN APPOINTMENT NEVER HAD TO HAVE ONE THERE BEFORE YOU'RE SITTING THERE DOING NOTHING....... Tells me to go ahead and check on a computer to see if there is appointments available I'll walk over to it again no one there . Nurse shuts door while I'm filling out information then it tells me there's no appointment available. it's got to where the CVS people think they're the only ones around all I've got news for you ...you're not
