        Extremely expensive application fee and apartment was not available as soon as hoped, only learned that after paying application fee... the combined administrative and application fee was about $500 and the apartment wasn't going to be ready for another month.

        I have been very happy with the fast, personal service that I have received when I have a problem. I love my little apartment, it is perfect for me and my cats. I appreciate that I am allowed to have pets. Rebekkah has been a great manager, very personal and I count her as a friend. Bob has always responded quickly for any problem I may have. I have many friends here, people and Furry ones.

        My experience living at 29 North has been a positive one. The staff is very focused on presenting an up to date, safe, attractive and well maintained community. And if youre an animal lover then this is definitely the place for you !

      Hi Kieran, it looks like your application was submitted in 2022. I do apologize that your experience was less than positive at that time, we strive to give you that 5-star experience that you deserve. Since then, we have had a change in property mangers. Also, our application fee is $85 per person over the age of 18, and the Administrative Fee is $325. Please contact our leasing office directly if you would like to discuss further. Thank you!
