Office staff is friendly and willing to help. Maintenance is awesome and always prompt. Kudos to the grounds crew as well! The location is superb. We have renewed our lease twice. We really like it here.

I have lived here for almost two years and I have really enjoyed it. I feel very safe. The Office and Maintenance Staff has been great. I have enjoyed the Food Trucks and the special events that have taken place. It is close to the mall, Hwy 70 and 321, and I 40. The only thing that I would like to see is the Fitness Center and the bathrooms near it being upgraded. Thanks!

I have been living at the Legends for more than 6 months now. Right from the apartment tour at the start until now, all the things have been very smooth. The management team has been very helpful and the response to any maintenance work has been very quick until now. All in all, a great living experience in this beautiful property.

I have lived here at The Legends for about 5 months now. I am a transplant from California. My experience here has been pleasant. There is very little noise, if any, and I live on the second floor of a three story building. The landscaping is consistently well maintained and kept pleasantly clean. I have had good experience with the staff here who respond reasonably well to any questions I have had along the way. I would recommend The Legends as a relaxing and pleasing place to live.
