Ive been renting with this company since October. Theyre a pretty straight forward company, if you meet their requirements you can have a key within 2 weeks Atleast that was the case for me, Ive had nothing but a good experience with this company. Anytime Ive needed them to come out for anything they have came within 24/48 hours. Im so confused by these reviews, however I do not give this company any problems so they do not give me any problems. Melissa & chole has been nothing but helpful with my journey in hickory.

If you can stay away from renting to these people it would be best, these people have poor maintenance of their properties, not to mention the amounts of money they make you throw away since their apartments are not good, from the first moment they When I got there, it bothered me first that I stuck a rusty nail in my feet without counting the countless number of tacks that were placed on my feet because these people lied when they said that the apartment would be clean by the time we arrived, they say that their apartments are renovated and in truth They renovate everything with the worst material they can find, and your apartment will smell like marijuana all the time. There are many bad things to say about these apartments, but in conclusion, do not rent here, they will steal your money with the slightest excuse.
