Casey was amazing from beginning to end! From showing the house, to putting in an offer, and eventually buying our first home. She's an asset to anyone looking to buy a home in the environment we are in. She's a fighter when need be and will fight for you. She has so much knowledge of the area and has an army of people that stand behind her to help get a house in shape. Without her honesty and willingness to help, we would never have made it this far. Casey said This sweet lady came to me as a referral & loved the first home she(Sheila)saw. She(I)said,I have to have it. Casey said,ok. What we didnt know is that the property would go into multiple offers in a couple hours. Casey used her expertise and advise me and my Son And we WON highest and best, and went under contract with our dream home! In less than 2 days later. Casey is The Best to Work with and She really does Love and Care about helping others Find Their Dream Home! Thanks to Her and Her Team of Financial experts we closed in 3.5 weeks during Christmas & New Years. Counting the office closures thats less than 3 weeks technically!! An amateur and scam artist. Broke ethics by tell me how much my due diligence should be, lost me over 6 grand and was willing to sue me just to keep me in contract for an entire year. I wouldn't risk using her, use someone with a good reputation. She even tried to tell me "codes today aren't the same as codes back then, and this load bearing wall support will be fine." Was done unprofessional and completely unsafe. Held up by screws, a single 2x10 and wasn't even properly connected and had gaps in the support.... just go with someone else, all she wants are fast sales, she could care less about the quality of home she is selling.
