This apartment is a great place to live, amazing amenities, and very friendly staff. The location is great, only a short walking distance from Uptown and ECU Campus. The front office is efficient and cares for their residents, and maintenance is always done in a timely manner. It comes fully furnished but still gives you a lot of room for creative liberty. Definitely recommended if youre looking for a place to call home!

lived here for 2 years, never really had any problems. events are pretty cool, maintenance comes on time and my walls are thick enough to block out any neighbors noises.

Overall this place is not worth your money. The construction of the building is very poor and I can hear conversations from inside my apartment. People consistently are being loud by the pool late at night which either wakes me up or keeps me awake. I am lucky to have hot water longer than five minutes or have good water pressure. People let their pets go to the bathroom in the stairwell. When I first moved in August 2021 there was an existing leak in the roof and they had poorly repainted the apartment. The internet here is also god awful. I have had max download speeds of 3.3 mb/s while at my previous apartment I got up to 80 mb/s. They charge way too much solely based on location. Save your money and live somewhere else

I dont want to be hateful but this place is going downhill fast, since new management (Yugo) we were promised so much but have been severely let down. The pool being closed most of the summer due to PH levels and not having an emergency phone out by the pool, the hot tub hasnt been working since I moved in August of last year(dont advertise for something you dont have), the gate always has issues its usually always open and doesnt get fixed for months then when fixed gets broken within 2 days , the doors to get into the building are always unlocked anyone can walk in, we pay trash valet and since new management they havent been picking it up so why are we having so many unnecessary charges?? They even put little trash cans in front of every apartment door which look like cheap $25 cans from Walmart and if broken or lost is $150..they are basic plastic that barely hold a trash bag Ive already tried to put one in and it didnt fit are we going to be charged for that too?? The office staff is nice ig but they never answer the phone. The only positive outlook on this place is location but honestly I could find somewhere even closer for less money this place is so overpriced for student living.
