They keep raising my rent and there is black mold in a lot of the apartments. They also find any excuse to tow your car. It is just a very dirty place in general.

Id give zero stars if it was allowed. This place is not worth the rent money. The current management team is dead set on trying to save the Keystone company reputation and $ however they realize copper beech is in decline and they cannot afford the upkeep needed by the current resident load. If you live here be prepared to have critical amenities and things that the lease states are included to be non-functioning most of your lease.

Do not under any circumstances move here, if you have any decency for yourself. This is by far the worst place ever in Greenville, North Carolina. Not to mention that general manager Tarnisha is full of it. Will literally sit in her office all day, but will not let anybody have a meeting with her. Not to mention she is extremely short tempered if you want to piss her off, literally just do anything if you breathe Im pretty sure it pisses her off. between the mold, the awful employees and management, and the fact that the apartment complexes themselves are so run down, it isnt worth it. Between constant shootings, raids, and just about anything else you can think of. Please do yourself a favor and take Copper beech off of your list of potential places to move into. Most people would agree that they would rather be homeless man to ever stay at Copper beech again. Pretty bold statement, but Ill true. I almost forgot to mention that they will not actually do anything to help fix your problems with the apartment. I had mold in my unit for months, and they wouldnt do anything. I had to contact code enforcement, and do you want to know what their solution was? Nothing. Nothing at all. They are awful people who honestly dont have a heart in there body to treat people the way they do. I would say Copper beech could go to heck, but its pretty much the definition of it.
Oh yeah and under all the reviews please reach out so we can address your concerns is honestly laughable. Just for show. We did reach out. You didnt listen. You did nothing. And you know what? If I reached out again, you wouldnt do anything then too.

I highly recommend anyone who is considering this location to reconsider!! The amount you spend here to lease for 6 months can be spent elsewhere for a LUXURY apartment. Its nothing but a money game here. Unprofessional employees and management, lack of safety and privacy, and communication. A request for maintenance was sent but they didnt show up until 2-3 weeks afterwards. This is not a safe environment every other week or month someone inflicts violence in the community and the ditsy manager waits 3 days to a week to inform tenants. Whoever hired this ghetto princess shouldve looked into her credentials or prior work history because I find it very unprofessional to be dishonest about a key fob and mailbox key. No one who has been living here since November or prior months should still not have access to their mailbox or a fob for the gym. Instead of using an automated response, the owner should gather his or her employees and have a meeting on what can be done to improve living conditions, safety, and less complaints. I hope these low ratings trigger you to brainstorm a plan or agenda to rebrand these townhomes
