Eastbrook And Village Green Apartments

My two children both have rented apartments from Eastbrook and our experience has been nothing short of exceptional. One of the most appealing aspects of this complex is its affordability without compromising on quality. The maintenance team has a quick response time. Whenever there's been an issue, they've been prompt and efficient in resolving it, which gives us peace of mind. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Water, sewer, cable, internet and washer and dryer are all included in the price. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to call home.

This is the best apartment complex i stayed in they fix everything fast they always have different events going on and the people in the office are very friendly.

I needed the sewer smell fixed and they never fixed it. Its been almost 3 months since I told them about it. My lease is up on a Saturday and I have a funeral in NY and asked them is it ok to move stuff out 1 day after my lease and they talking about charging. Death has no time on it and they couldnt even make one little exception to give me at least 1 more day. I will not recommend this company to anyone! They dont accommodate with their tenants at all!

Everything about Eastbrook and Village Green apartments is GREAT! The staff is very helpful and informative. Maintenance is quick to make repairs. The property always look very put together and clean. Could not have picked a better place to live!
